InsuranceModel, data and control changes you can trace.
The Insurance pack runs an advisor workflow that applies Solvency II, IFRS 17, conduct and governance, model and data controls, product change, reporting, security and release requirements to the engineering work in Azure DevOps. It finds what a change affects and prepares the evidence. Actuarial, finance and compliance owners decide.
No card required. Your data stays in your Azure DevOps tenant.

One change can move capital, reserving and conduct.
Insurance technology rarely changes in one place. A pricing rule, a data feed or a reporting calculation can reach capital, reserving, accounting, underwriting, claims, customer communications, regulatory reporting, models and operational resilience all at once. Before the change ships, the team has to know which product, model, data set, control, owner, test, approval and piece of evidence it touches. That knowledge is usually spread across actuarial notes, finance spreadsheets, work items and pipeline runs, and it is rebuilt by hand for every review.
- 01
Model impact is found late.
A change to an input or assumption reaches a calculation, a report and a reconciliation that nobody linked. The gap appears during validation, not during planning.
- 02
Conduct review sits outside delivery.
Disclosure, eligibility, pricing and claims rules are checked in a separate process, so engineering finds out about a customer-outcome concern after the build.
- 03
Finance controls lack a trail.
Reconciliations, approvals and test results exist, but they are not linked to the requirement that caused the change, so reporting evidence is rebuilt each quarter.
- 04
Jurisdictions multiply the rules.
Entities, products and jurisdictions each bring their own requirements. Keeping track of which rule applies to which change is manual and fragile.
Four layers tuned to insurance delivery.
The advisor works with the classifications, relationships, frameworks and gates that insurance change is reviewed against. You edit each layer in plain English and add your own entities and policies.
- 01 Classification
Product, model and reporting classes.
Product and jurisdiction, data sensitivity, financial and reporting impact, model criticality, conduct and customer impact, capital or reserving relevance, operational resilience, and change risk.
- 02 Traceability model
Regulatory requirement to reporting evidence.
Business or regulatory requirement, product, process or model requirement, control, data, model or system implementation, test and validation, approval, release and reporting, then evidence and monitoring.
- 03 Standards & frameworks
The rules your reviewers apply.
Solvency II, IFRS 17, FCA rules such as ICOBS, SYSC and SM&CR where applicable, NAIC model laws where applicable, Lloyd's standards where applicable, and your model-risk, finance-control, conduct, security and change policies.
- 04 Lifecycle gates & evidence
Validation and sign-off, in order.
Product, model and control review, finance and actuarial validation, data and conduct review, security and privacy, change approval, test and reconciliation, release, and reporting evidence.
The Insurance chain, kept intact.
A model change without a linked validation is caught, and the link is restored before reporting.

Where the advisor does the work.
Six workflows configured for insurance change. Each starts from a trigger your team set, writes to the Azure DevOps item it concerns, and pauses where your policy needs a person.

Control-aware requirements
Classify each change by finance, capital, reporting, model, conduct, data and resilience impact, and record the result on the work item.
Business Analyst Agent
Model and data change impact
Identify the inputs, calculations, assumptions, outputs, controls, reports, validations and owners a change affects, and post the impact where the change is decided.
Requirements Engineer Agent
Product and conduct review
Check customer, disclosure, eligibility, pricing, claims, communication and governance requirements before the change reaches build.
Product Owner Agent
Finance and reporting controls
Link requirements and changes to reconciliations, approvals, tests, reports and evidence, so the reporting trail exists before the quarter closes.
Compliance Officer Agent
Secure delivery and release
Verify PR, build, test, segregation, approvals, rollback and operational readiness before a release moves forward.
Release Manager Agent
Audit and regulatory evidence
Assemble current control, model, data, test, approval, release and issue evidence into one package for qualified review.
Compliance Officer Agent
One advisor, working with your role agents.
The supplied catalog represents insurance as an industry advisor. It runs alongside the general role agents in the library, which you can fork, ground in your own policies, and version with rollback.
Business Analyst Agent

Classifies each story by capital, reserving, reporting and conduct impact before refinement starts.
TraceRequirements Engineer Agent

Traces a changed assumption to every calculation, report, reconciliation and owner downstream.
TestQA Engineer Agent

Maps validation and reconciliation tests to the requirement and records per-step results in Test Plans.
GovernCompliance Officer Agent

Assembles control, model, test and approval evidence for actuarial and finance sign-off.

- Insurance Advisor
An IFRS 17 reporting requirement changes.
A requirement for an IFRS 17 calculation is updated, and a conditional trigger on that change starts the advisor. It reads the requirement and its links, then identifies the affected data, model logic, controls, reconciliations, reports and tests, along with the finance and actuarial owners, approvals, releases and evidence. It creates the validation and sign-off tasks the change needs and flags anything without a link. The run pauses on an Open Task for the named actuarial owner, who can answer, attach the validation workbook, and approve or reject. Traceability is verified before the run is marked complete, and the full history lands in Job Explorer.

The advisor prepares. Your experts conclude.
The advisor classifies, traces, checks and assembles evidence within the scope you configure. Actuarial, finance, model-risk, product, conduct, compliance, data, security, engineering and release authorities keep responsibility for models, calculations, controls, reporting, customer outcomes and regulatory conclusions. Required Approval holds the run until the named person decides.

Insurance questions.
It supports the requirements, controls, tests, evidence and change impact around a model. Qualified actuarial and model-validation people own the methodology and the conclusion.
No. You configure the entities, products, jurisdictions, rules and internal policies that apply, with review from your legal and compliance teams.
It supports the engineering and evidence workflows behind reporting. It does not run end-to-end regulatory reporting on its own.
The supplied catalog represents insurance as an industry advisor. It works with the general role agents in the library, such as Business Analyst, QA Engineer and Compliance Officer.
Yes. Attach them as knowledge, or turn on Bring Your Own Data so the advisor retrieves from your documents, Azure DevOps queries and wiki pages during the run.
No. Agents run inside your Azure DevOps environment and read only the context their workflow is scoped to. Your project data is not used to train models.
Credits are $0.01 each and pooled across your organization, with no per-user fees. Every plan includes every industry pack. Rule-shaped checks can run as Execution Agents for a flat 4 credits, and agents pause at zero.
